James Doyle has worked in the Nuclear Nonproliferation Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory since 1997. His work focuses on systems analysis and strategic planning. He has worked cooperatively with Russia’s nuclear weapons institutes on technologies and procedures for monitoring the dismantlement and storage of nuclear weapons and fissile materials. He is the lead author of Nuclear Safeguards, Security and Nonproliferation: Achieving Security with Technology and Policy (Elsevier, 2008).
