John Ellis van Courtland Moon

John Ellis van Courtland Moon, professor
emeritus of history at Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts, is the
editor, with Erhard Geissler, of the forthcoming SIPRI volume
Biological and Toxin Weapons: Research, Development, and Use from the Middle
Ages to 1945. He is also a member of the Harvard Colloquium on
Chemical and Biological Weapons.
