Michael Levi is the David M. Rubenstein senior fellow for energy and the environment and director of the Program on Energy Security and Climate Change at the Council on Foreign Relations. His research focuses on energy policy, climate change, and nuclear security. Author of On Nuclear Terrorism (Harvard University Press, 2007), he is at work on a book about the battle to determine the future course of US energy.
